Integrity in Business
- All business interactions must adhere to the highest standards of integrity. Any form of corruption, bribery, extortion, embezzlement, or misappropriation of funds is strictly prohibited.
- Employees are not permitted to solicit or accept kickbacks, gifts, cash, or any other financial or in-kind benefits from clients, suppliers, or any parties related to company business.
- If presenting gifts is necessary to maintain legitimate business relationships, prior approval from a supervisor must be obtained, and the gifts should be given on behalf of the company.
Confidentiality Obligations
- Employees must handle all information they learn in the course of their duties—including colleague and customer data, R&D, business, confidential, and technical information—with utmost care. Such information must not be disclosed to others or used for purposes outside of work, unless authorized by the company or required for the performance of their duties.
- An anonymous reporting channel is established for employees. The company will protect employees who report any violations of the Code of Conduct or fraudulent activities, as well as those participating in related investigations, to prevent unfair retaliation or treatment.
